StandardAero To Install Blended Winglets

Aviation Partners has selected StandardAero (Booth No. 899),
a Dubai Aerospace Enterprise company, as its newest Blended Winglet Installation Center for the Hawker Beechcraft Hawker 800 and 800XP series aircraft. StandardAero has 12 primary facilities in the U.S., Canada, Europe, Singapore and Australia, with an additional 14 regional support locations. According to API, Blended Winglets enhance Hawker performance by decreasing fuel burn by 7 percent, increasing range by 180 nm and increasing speed by 15 knots. Operators can also depart from high-altitude airports on hot days with up to 1,500 pounds of extra weight, the company said.
