Perrone Aerospace Chooses Waterjet Cutting

Perrone Aerospace, a Fultonville, N.Y.-based provider of leather and textiles, has been expanding its capabilities, adding the first laser-guided, water-jet cutting machine to be used in the U.S. on leather products. The water-jet cutter is designed to produce extremely close tolerances of less than 0.004 of an inch, reducing scrap leather. The company has also completed the move to its new 70,000-sq-ft manufacturing and processing facility in Fultonville.
