Pratt & Whitney Canada has established a new parts distribution center in Sydney. It is the third such center the company has opened in the past two years as part of its aftermarket strategy to extend its global footprint.

According to P&WC, the new facility is intended to complement a Singapore facility opened last year and an Amsterdam facility opened in 2006. The company has more than 30 overhaul facilities and field support representatives located worldwide.
