Malta Handler Hoping to Build FBO Facility

DC Aviation has been providing airport handling services at Malta International Airport since August and has applied to the government, the airport and the department of civil aviation to build an FBO to serve travelers visiting the Republic of Malta in the Mediterranean Sea south of Italy. “DC Aviation feels that the growth which Malta experienced over the past four years since Malta joined the European Union and adopted the euro gives us an excellent opportunity to invest in a proper FBO to support the business and general aviation industry growth on the island,” said Stanley Bugeja, DC Aviation managing director. Bugeja hopes to open a DC Aviation-branded FBO in the next six months.
