BFB Aero Services and APA Services merge

BFB Aero Services will acquire all assets, business and obligations of APA Services as a result of the recently announced merger of the two companies.

“Though we will now operate as one company, APA Services, customers can rely on the same personal working relationships that they have had in the past. They will continue to deal with the same people and can depend on the same high-quality customer service,” said Todd Cole, president of BFB Aero Services.

The company provides aviation and aerospace staffing solutions. APA offers staff augmentation, contract-to-hire and direct hire opportunities for professional aircraft technicians, along with a payroll service designed to save organizations time and money.
