New J.A. Air Center opens at ARR

J.A. Air Center has completed the move from West Chicago to its new Chicagolands Aurora Municipal Airport location. The new facility includes four buildings with an 11,000-sq-ft FBO terminal fronted by a 20,000-sq-ft arrival/departure canopy. More than 90,000 sq ft of hangar space and 60,000 sq ft of offices provide plenty of room for customer facilities.

Amenities for based customers include offices with a lobby, conference rooms, locker and shower rooms, a full kitchen, ice-maker, lunch room, training room, WSI weather, storage areas, car wash, de-ice machine and tugs. A separate VIP arrival terminal is also available. The FBO terminal offers a coffee café, conference room and business center, WSI weather, VIP lounges, sleep rooms, private showers, game rooms and exercise room. ConocoPhillips fuel is stored in a new 60,000-gallon tank farm.
