Piper PA-46-500TP Meridian, Marshfield, Wis., Nov. 23, 2008–The commercial pilot and two passengers were killed when the turboprop single crashed half a mile from Marshfield Municipal Airport (MFI) at night in visual conditions. No flight plan had been filed for the flight from Green Bay, Wis., to MFI. The aircraft, registered to TES Leasing of Marshfield, was destroyed in the resulting fire.
