In mid-January, FBO chain Tac Air added its 13th FBO with the purchase of
a facility at Spirit of St. Louis Airport in Chesterfield, Mo. Tac Air purchased assets of the FBO from charter/management firm JetDirect, which used to own three FBOs. This newest Tac Air FBO includes 80,000 sq ft of hangar space and complimentary Starbucks coffee, bottled water and teas as well as shower facilities, 24-hour customs and de-icing capability. Phil Bissonette is the facility’s general manager. Tac Air also announced that it named Teresa Yates as general manager of its Raleigh-Durham International Airport FBO.
