Embraer signs first Phenom 100 EEC contract

Phenom 100 owners Elizabeth and Jim Frost have signed the first individual
owner Embraer Executive Care (EEC) contract in the U.S. The program, which was announced last year at the NBAA Convention, provides the owner with predictable fixed-cost maintenance support, including access to Web-based maintenance tracking software. EEC is available for the Phenom 100 and 300.

The Frosts were the initial customers to take delivery of a Phenom 100 in December 2008. Jim was the first owner-pilot to fly the aircraft, and Betsy was the third. Both have logged more than 2,500 flight hours.

“The EEC program is an important part of the overall ownership experience, giving us a known operational cost per hour for an airplane that has almost no operational maintenance history,” Jim Frost said.
