GIV, GV Fleets Log 4.6 Million Flight Hours

The Gulfstream GIV and GV fleets achieved a staggering 4.6 million flight hours, Gulfstream said. The GIV series–which includes 669 G450s, G350s, G400s, G300s, GIVs and GIV-SPs–surpassed the 3.5 million-hour mark some 22 years after the first GIV entered service on June 8, 1987. Meanwhile, the 412-strong GV series, which includes the G550, G500 and GV, has logged more than 1.1 million flight hours since the first GV entered service on June 30, 1997. To date, the GV fleet leader has logged 13,107 flight hours, while the GIV leader has accumulated 18,403 hours.
