Ireland West Airport Knock on the country’s west coast is aiming to provide low-cost services to business aviation traffic transiting between Europe and the U.S. The airport offers 30-minute-turnaround fueling, a dedicated general aviation ramp with its own landside access, a heated 20,000-sq-ft storage hangar, Internet access, coffee and tea, conference rooms and offices, flight planning, catering, lavatory servicing, ground power units, courtesy shuttles and car rentals. Parking rates vary depending on aircraft weight. The airport’s runway is 7,546 feet long and it is served by a Category II ILS.
