Customers of JSSI’s hourly-cost maintenance services can now have work done at Duncan Aviation facilities on favorable terms through a new agreement between the two companies.

“We are excited to be able to offer Duncan Aviation’s airframe maintenance and repair services to our Tip-to-Tail clients, as well as paint and interior refurbishment and avionics upgrades and modifications to all JSSI clients,” said JSSI v-p technical services George Kleros.

Here at the NBAA show, Eagle Creek Aviation has agreed to offer specially priced JSSI hourly-cost support packages for Embraer Phenom 100 very light jets. Eagle Creek has ordered 22 Phenom 100s and the larger 300s for resale to aircraft-management clients. Six of the Phenom 100s have been delivered to date and another five are due to be delivered before the end of this year. Eagle Creek is an authorized service center for the Phenoms.

JSSI (Booth No. 2229) has just established a new client advisory board to gather feedback to allow it to improve its support programs and services. The board will meet for the first time in January next year at JSSI’s headquarters in Chicago.

“We have clients located around the world who utilize JSSI’s services for various reasons,” said Kleros. “We want to understand their operations and what services are important to them so we can make changes and enhancements that add value to all of our clients.”

Finally, JSSI and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University have launched a new summer-internship program. JSSI representatives will attend the college’s career fair next month with a view to selecting three students to work as interns in its technical services, client services and sales and marketing departments next summer. The students will be chosen from Embry-Riddle’s aviation science and technical programs, as well as from its College of Business.
