Rizon FBOs to open soon

Rizon Jet’s two FBOs at London Biggin Hill and Doha, Qatar, are set to open in July. Both facilities are similar in size and design, although the Qatar facility includes separate prayer rooms for male and female passengers. The 426,000-sq-ft Biggin Hill complex includes a heated hangar with adjoining workshops and offices and a 5,800-sq-ft FBO terminal with open seating areas on the ground floor and enclosed private lounges for passengers and crews above. The Doha base, which
is also Rizon’s headquarters, features a 7,933-sq-ft terminal, workshops and offices and a 43,000-sq-ft hangar with plenty of ramp space. One of Rizon’s Biggin Hill customers, Oryx Jet, recently launched its new charter service, having obtained its aircraft operating certificate from the UK CAA. The first airplane in Oryx’s fleet is a Challenger 604.
