Hartzell Adds Northwest Propeller as Service Facility

Hartzell Propeller has selected Northwest Propeller of Puyallup, Wash., to join its network of recommended service facilities (RSF). With the addition of Northwest Propeller there are now 21 Hartzell RSFs internationally. Mike Disbrow, Hartzell’s senior vice president of marketing and customer services, said, “We selected Northwest Propeller because of its continued focus on quality and customer service, which is a prerequisite for any Hartzell repair facility. Northwest is also well located to act as our representative to customers in the Pacific northwest region.” Disbrow added that becoming a Hartzell RSF requires a rigorous periodic audit process to ensure each facility maintains quality systems, parts inventory, tooling and staff training. Northwest’s technicians perform repairs, maintenance and overhaul on propellers, hubs and governors.
