Touching Bases: Flightwork's chairman buys 100 percent of company stock

FlightWorks chairman Roderick O’Shea has purchased all outstanding shares of the company from Scott Beale and is now the sole shareholder of the Kennesaw, Ga., charter/management company. The FlightWorks fleet numbers nearly 50 aircraft and the company owns private terminals in Manassas, Va., Denver and Atlanta. “The commitment from all employees over the past year has been noticeable, and together we stand ready to write the next chapter in our company’s history,” said FlightWorks president Dan Lucey.
