Bombardier Opens Regional Support Office in Dubai

Learjet, Challenger and Global operators have a new choice for maintenance in the Middle East now that Bombardier Aerospace has opened a new regional support office (RSO) in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is the sixth Bombardier RSO to open outside North America in the past three years and joins facilities in Mumbai, India; Tokyo, Japan; Sydney, Australia; Shanghai, China; and Munich, Germany.
The RSO is located at Dubai International Airport next to the company’s existing parts depot, which is operated in conjunction with ExecuJet Aviation, Bombardier’s authorized service facility in the region. The office is staffed by a customer support account manager and two field service representatives, with an office manager arriving this month. Bombardier plans to add a customer liaison pilot and an additional field service rep later in the year.
