FBOs Join Shell Network

Eastern Aviation Fuels/Shell Aviation has added Panorama Flight Service at Westchester County Airport in White Plains, N.Y., to its fuel dealer network.
Panorama has been in business since 1958, beginning as an aerial tour company and becoming an FBO, charter provider, maintenance repair station and flight training organization. One of the benefits of switching to the Eastern/Shell network, said president Gene Condreras, is the recent addition of Passur Aerospace’s data-capturing and customer-referral network, which helps FBOs track and view arriving aircraft and anticipate customer fuel needs. On June 8, Panorama will host the 2011 NBAA Northeast Regional Forum.

Also joining the Eastern/Shell network is Meridian Aviation, a tenant at Teterboro Airport since 1946. Meridian Aviation is an FBO offering Shell jet-A and avgas, aircraft charter and business aircraft maintenance. The FBO’s new terminal and hangar complex opened in 2007 and features a large-screen movie theater room, three conference rooms, complimentary GPU, lav service, water service, vacuum, sleep rooms, crew cars, showers and a gym.
