Content Body

Atlantic Aviation parent company Macquarie Infrastructure announced last month that its facility and lease at Fresno Yosemite International Airport was sold to a Ross Aviation subsidiary, while the FBO and leasehold of its property at Cleveland’s Cuyahoga County Airport were sold to the Cleveland Jet Center. The terms of the deals were not disclosed. “Atlantic’s sale of the facilities and leaseholds at Fresno and Cleveland is the product of a comprehensive review of the business portfolio,” said James Hooke, Macquarie Infrastructure CEO. “Atlantic concluded that each of these operations was sub-scale, relative to their market.” The company said it could redeploy the sale proceeds in other markets where it has stronger growth potential. Atlantic will open a new-build FBO at Oklahoma City’s Will Rogers Airport in May.
