Content Body

Atlantic Aviation moved to expand its Pacific Northwest footprint when it agreed to purchase the FBO assets of Oregon-based Flightcraft. The Oregon company operates the sole FBOs at Portland International Airport and at Mahlon Sweet Field Airport in Eugene, Ore. “Flightcraft has an excellent reputation throughout the industry, and we are fortunate to be able to step in as the owner of these two fine operations,” said Atlantic CEO Louis Pepper. The deal was expected to close at the end of August, pending approval of the two airport authorities.

If the deal is approved, Atlantic will continue to provide the same services at the locations, including maintenance and avionics.
