King Aerospace Refocuses Business Strategy

Addison, Texas-based King Aerospace Commercial Corporation (KACC), has developed a broader business strategy after taking a close look at today’s market and changes to the industry in recent years.

According to owner and founder Jerry King, “Our team reviewed the market and it became clear to us that there are too many completion centers chasing the same available projects.” And he explained, “Today the market and industry have changed dramatically, which resulted in our reviewing our short-term and long-term business strategies [and] we want to make sure we position our firm with a wider range of clients who often operate a wide range of aircraft.”

To that end, KACC was recently obtained certification by EASA to serve clients operating under European certification standards. The company is also in the final stages of becoming AS9110 certified, “as part of the long-term strategy to ensure that both domestic and international clients clearly recognize that the firm has the highest level of processes and procedures in place.”
