Jet Aviation (ABACE Booth P516), a wholly owned subsidiary of U.S.-based General Dynamics, has added interior completions to the capabilities of its facility in Hong Kong.
“There is great need for interior services in Asia,” said John Evans, interior shop manager at Jet Aviation Hong Kong, which is located at Tsuen Wan in the Kowloon area of the city. “As appreciation for the value of business jets as a powerful business tool grows, customers’ desire for aircraft interiors that meet their unique needs grows, too.”
The 483-sq-m (5,200-sq-ft) interior shop has four work bays, each of which is equipped to handle upholstery, carpeting, faux finishing and spray-painting. Its installation and support capabilities also include Wi-Fi, certified iTouch and iPad connectivity, cabin soundproofing, 3-D and LED monitors and wireless Bluetooth headsets and handsets.
Jet Aviation’s closest base to mainland China for maintenance, refurbishment and overhaul services, Jet Aviation Hong Kong also provides aircraft management and charter, currently operating 18 aircraft in its managed fleet.
