Dassault Falcon has released a 2012 schedule of regional M&O seminars. It includes 11 seminars in seven countries between March and August.
Regional seminars provide Falcon operators the opportunity to communicate directly with Dassault’s specialists and engineering teams about operational and technical issues, and they are designed to help aircraft operators improve the efficiency, reliability and safety of their operations. Topics range from the latest customer service and engineering support initiatives to enhancements in troubleshooting and product reliability, as well as dedicated pilot sessions.
The one-day seminars include interaction with model and support specialists as well as authorized service centers, vendors and partners. Certificates of attendance can be issued to participants to serve as credit for recurrent maintenance training.
Venues this year include West Palm Beach, Fla. (March 29); Geneva (April 4); Chicago (April 17); Seattle (April 19); Montreal (May 1); Mahwah, N.J. (May 3); Mumbai (May 3); and São Paulo (August 15).
