Hong Kong-based Metrojet (ABACE Booth H326) announced that it expects the U.S. Federal Aviation Administration to grant it approval in April to maintain Embraer Lineage 1000 and Legacy 600/650 jets. 

Embraer granted authorization to Metrojet last November to be the first service center in greater China for those models. The company already holds maintenance approvals from Hong Kong, Canada, Bermuda, Isle of Man, Taiwan and Cayman approvals.
