Pentastar Aviation Offers Web-based Customer MX Interface

Michigan-based Pentastar Aviation’s Web-based MTX Control interface allows maintenance managers to oversee their work scope in real time from anywhere in the world via the Internet. The interface uses photos, video and text to post discrepancies for approval in a secure, password-protected account.

“I know what I would want as a customer,” said Tim Keffer, Pentastar Aviation maintenance control supervisor. “MTX Control was designed based on customers’ needs. The interface allows them to efficiently oversee their work scope and keep the job moving forward, even if they are offsite.”
