Hawker Beechcraft announced today at LABACE that the first customer aircraft in the Hawker 400XPR upgrade program is undergoing the Rockwell Collins Pro Line 21 avionics system retrofit at its Hawker Beechcraft Service facility in Atlanta.

The avionics upgrade is the first component of the 400XPR upgrade program to receive FAA certification. The full Hawker 400XPR package, which is not yet certified, includes winglets, new FJ44-4A-32 engines, optional Pro Line 21 avionics and additional system enhancements.

The first flight of the Hawker 400XPR engine test article was completed in May.
