Techno Coatings Shines at NBAA

Techno Coatings wasn’t exhibiting at the NBAA Convention in November, but the North Miami, Fla. metal plating specialist put quite a shine on the show when it played host to some 200 attendees at a fashion show at Seasons 52 restaurant in Orlando.

Television personality and author Sir Brian Sterling hosted the gala, costumes were created by students from the Calvary Christian Academy and “America’s Next Top Model” personality Lauran Kirkpatrick headlined the selection of models.

The models, from the Ab Fab Modeling and Event Team in Orlando, later mingled with attendees to allow a close-up of Techno Coatings’ unique plating technology.

“We thought that having wearable art on models in a theatrical production would be a dramatic way to show our new product offerings,” said CEO Juan Pablo Camargo. Among those products is a new, non-glossy clear coat that provides “amazing adhesion,” and while adding to the vibrancy of the colors it is virtually invisible.
