Greenpoint Acquires More Capacity

With acquisition of an equity position in Aviation Technical Services (ATS), Greenpoint Technologies, a Kirkland, Wash.-based center specializing in executive outfitting of Boeing bizliners, has expanded its ability “to meet current and future completion needs.”

Greenpoint and Everett, Wash.-based ATS have worked together for more than 15 years on a variety of executive and head-of-state cabin outfitting projects. ATS is a provider of maintenance, repair and overhaul services on the U.S. West Coast. The acquisition, said Greenpoint chairman and founder Jon Buccola, is part of Greenpoint’s “strategic investments that secure capacity to deliver quality and on-time completions.”
