Emteq To Provide Wire Strike Protection Kit

FBHeliservices (FBH) in the UK has contracted Emteq’s Canadian office to design, certify and manufacture a wire-strike protection kit for its fleet of AS350BBs. FBH also asked Emteq to design, certify and manufacture a nose-area deflector (NAD). In the event of a wire strike in the nose area, the NAD will direct the cable toward the upper or lower cutter.
