Gulfstream Service: There’s an App for That

Gulfstream Aerospace (Booth No. N3932) has launched a new free iPhone- and iPad-compatible service application called 24-Hour Support, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store.

The app gives customers access to the contact information they need anywhere in the world and will be regularly updated. The OEM said it is a comprehensive source for direct access to Gulfstream Technical Operations, including 19 company-owned and authorized service centers, 13 company-authorized warranty facilities, 43 field service representatives, spare parts sales and other key contacts and includes all pertinent phone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses, locations and operating hours.
