Bell Helicopter Powers On 525 Relentless Flight-test Vehicle

Bell Helicopter recently completed a successful power on of the first Model 525 Relentless flight-test vehicle’s electrical system and Garmin G5000H touchscreen displays. Bell unveiled the more than 18,000-pound-mtow helicopter at Heli-Expo 2012. It will be powered by a pair of GE CT7-2F1 turboshafts and feature Bell’s new ARC (awareness, react and control) cockpit. The super-medium twin continues to progress toward a planned first flight early next year.
