Meyer Selected To Lead Comlux America

Comlux Group promoted Scott Meyer to lead its completion and services center in Indianapolis. Meyer, who had been COO of Comlux America, will become CEO effective April 1. He replaces Jim Soleo, who will continue to work with the Comlux Aviation board. Meyer, a 25-year aviation industry veteran, was the second manager hired to help launch Comlux America. He joined Comlux in 2009 as vice president of engineering to develop the company’s engineering department. He later became vice president of operations and took on his most recent role of COO early last year. 

Comlux, which opened its new Indianapolis completions center in September 2012, credits Meyer with playing an integral role in the facility’s development, from working as a recruiter and salesman to managing employees in all areas of the business. “The Comlux Group is positioned to further progress our brand with the advent of our new widebody facility extension and first widebody VIP completions program,” Meyer said.
