The Asian Business Aviation Association (AsBAA) will host its inaugural Industry Awards Charity Gala Dinner on November 6 in Hong Kong. The gala will raise funds for the Orbis Flying Eye Hospital, as well as serve as a venue for AsBAA’s first presentation of industry awards. The awards will “celebrate the best of our industry and their contribution to the business and general aviation [market] in Asia Pacific,” organizers say.
AsBAA has been accepting nominations in 10 categories: best manufacturer, best operator, best management company, best business support services, such as legal, financial and insurance; best operational support services, such as fuel and MROs; best handling agent; best brokerage; best media outlet; woman of the year; and best FBO.
Nominations will be counted in October and shortlisted for the final voting process. For more information regarding the event or the awards contact [email protected].
