On December 16, Executive AirShare (EAS) will take delivery of the second Embraer Phenom 300 as part of its currentstanding firm order for five, with options on five more. It will be the 22nd Phenom 300 in the fractional provider's fleet.

The delivery ceremony will be held at Embraer’s São José dos Campos headquarters, and this will be the last Phenom 300 delivered to EAS from the company’s Brazilian assembly line; the remaining aircraft of EAS's order will be assembled at and delivered from Embraer’s facility in Melbourne, Fla. Notably, Executive AirShare was the launch customer for the Phenom 300.

“These orders highlight our investment with Embraer and our belief in its industry-leading design, comfort, performance and reliability,” said Executive AirShare CEO Keith Plumb. “They also represent our ongoing commitment to our shareholders.”

Since its founding 15 years ago, Kansas City, Mo.-based Executive AirShare has grown to a fleet of 49 aircraft, 33 of which are in fractional-share service and 16 managed by subsidiary Executive Flight Services. The fleet consists of the Phenom 100 and 300, Learjet 45XR, Citation CJ2+ and King Air 350. A distinctive feature of the company’s fractional-share service is that owners fly with the same aircraft and crew for the entire day, instead of swapping aircraft and crews for each flight.
