Content Body

Executive AirShare has moved its headquarters to a larger facility in Lenexa, Kansas, as the fractional ownership provider continues to expand staff. The new facility will house the company’s flight operations, sales, accounting and executive teams. Executive AirShare employment has grown to nearly 200. Of those, more than 40 will move to the new facility. Remaining at Charles B. Wheeler Downtown Airport in Kansas City will be the aircraft, pilots and maintenance teams, along with the aircraft and charter services group, Executive Flight Services.

“The Kansas City Downtown Airport remains an important home for us,” said Executive AirShare CEO Keith Plumb. “That said, we look forward to a corporate headquarters that offers an open environment conducive to collaboration, meeting space for private negotiations and an optimal layout for hosting current and potential customers." Located about 15 minutes from downtown Kansas City, the new headquarters includes 10,000 sq ft of office space. Executive AirShare signed a five-year lease.

In addition to the Kansas City locations, the company has a presence in Texas, Oklahoma and New York, along with Wichita. Executive AirShare has added nearly $100 million in aircraft to its fleet in a little more than the past three years, and by late last year, the company’s fleet approached 50 aircraft: Embraer Phenom 100s and 300s, Learjet 45XRs, Cessna Citation CJ2+s and King Air 350s.
