Skyjet Adds Instant Private Jet Booking to Website

Aircraft charter broker Skyjet has added an instant booking feature on its website, mirroring a previously available function on its Skyjet iOS app. The new Skyjet Max feature allows site visitors to select the type of charter jet they need from a custom fleet, see the price and instantly book their flight online using a credit card, wire transfer or funds on account.

“We are an aviation company first and foremost, and so we make it as easy as possible for people to travel by accessing private aircraft in an on-demand fashion,” said Skyjet president Greg Richman. “Booking aircraft directly through our new website gives people yet another way to gain on-demand access to private aircraft without the hassle of upfront financial commitments and membership fees.”

All aircraft in the Skyjet Max fleet are available for booking instantly since there are no wait times to obtain quotes and no need for jet owner approvals, Skyjet said. Its jet collection includes Nextant 400XTs operated by sister company Flight Options, which is moving from a fractional to charter aircraft operation.

If visitors do not see the type of jet they want under the Skyjet Max instant booking option, they can request a traditional quote through the website for a particular aircraft, the company said.
