The North Texas Business Aviation Association’s (NTBAA) upcoming fourth annual Safety Show-Down has achieved NBAA approval as a Certified Aviation Manager-accredited program, allowing attendees to receive CAM credit for participating. It will be held August 31 and September 1 in Addison, Texas.
NTBAA’s annual safety event was expanded to a two-day format this year and includes more general and breakout sessions presented by industry experts, including NTSB member Robert Sumwalt, business aviation veteran Peter Agur Jr. and Gavin de Becker and Associates aviation director Kristopher Cannon.
The program will open midday on August 31 with keynote speaker Agur addressing individual professionalism, followed by several breakout sessions and an evening golf event. The following day will be filled with more general and breakout sessions presented by Sumwalt, Cannon and other experts. NBTAA said the presentations will be geared to all business aviation professionals, including pilots, flight attendants, technicians, schedulers and administrators.
