Hourly cost maintenance program provider Jet Support Services Inc. (JSSI) has introduced a new parts-only program for the Airbus Helicopters H130. Coverage includes parts that require replacement due to life-limit expiration or unscheduled failure and covers both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The program also includes avionics as well as parts required for mandatory Service Bulletins and Airworthiness Directives. It can be combined with JSSI’s engine program for the company’s Tip-to-Tail coverage.
“We continue to expand our maintenance programs for an ever increasing number of helicopters that currently include more than 75 different makes and models,” said Kevin Thomas, JSSI’s senior vice president for business development and strategic planning. “Operators deserve reliable alternatives to the OEM programs, and many are simply looking for more value and greater support.”
At Helitech International in Amsterdam this week, the company announced it has signed an agreement with HeliAir Sweden to enroll two Airbus Helicopters AS350B2s, one AS350B3 and a pair of H120s onto its engine program. “We are happy and excited to start this collaboration with JSSI,” said Aram Rubenstein, HeliAir’s CEO. “Their product is a fantastic solution for us with the Safran engines, especially as we are looking to expand our fleet of Airbus helicopters.”
Rubenstein is also enrolling his personal Piper Meridian turboprop onto the JSSI PT6A engine program.
