Bell Helicopter has named Zhenjiang Aerochine Aviation its newest authorized customer service facility (CSF), expanding the helicopter OEM's service network in China. Established last year, the Jiangsu Province-based subsidiary of Aerochine Aviation carries Part 145 repair station certification from the Civil Aviation Administration of China and has a 5,200-sq-ft facility that offers general maintenance for the Bell 407.
“Aerochine is very excited to be a part of the Bell Helicopter CSF family,” said company chairman Diana Chou. In 2009, Aerochine was appointed Bell’s official independent representative for China, Hong Kong and Macau, and it has sold more than 70 Bell rotorcraft in the region.
Glenn Isbell, the rotorcraft manufacturer’s executive vice president for customer support and services, said, “Bell Helicopter continues to place significant interest in expanding our aftermarket support offerings in the Chinese market for our current and future customer base.”
Aerochine joins Shanghai KingWing General Aviation and Chongqing General Aviation as Bell authorized CSFs in China.
