Florida-based aviation tax specialist Flight Tax Systems has released new private-branded, site-licensed versions of its web-based tax reporting software for organizations that have multiple aircraft owner clients, such as accountants and law firms. Designed by aviation tax professionals, the program simplifies the taxation process for business aircraft owners and operators, and helps them identify, protect and preserve tax deductions for their aircraft.
According to the Wolcott & Associates subsidiary, the tax management software is intuitive and user-friendly and allows tax professionals to track, monitor and report on client aircraft use in compliance with IRS reporting, deduction and substantiation regulations. The site licenses can accommodate any size firm, and each includes a private database and login branded with the firm’s company logo, administrative functionality, password-controlled access levels and client activity reports, as well as all of the features in the company’s “enterprise” version.
