The Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF) elected Dennis Fox, senior v-p of operations at Executive Jet Management (EJM), its new chairman. Fox succeeds Joe Salata, vice president of flight operations for Flight Options, whose term as ACSF chairman expired on June 30. Meanwhile, Mike Graham, director of flight operations safety, security and standardization, Textron Aviation, became vice chairman.

Fox brings more than 30 years of aviation experience to his role as chairman, serving with EJM for 16 years and before that with the U.S. Army for 15 years, where he flew attack and scout helicopters. Active in industry issues, Fox has served on the ACSF board of governors since 2013 and also recently joined the NATA board.

Graham oversees the safety and security of Textron Aviation flight operations, including demonstration, transportation, training, production flight-test delivery, engineering/experimental and defense. He further directs the safety management system.

"Both Dennis and Mike have been invaluable members of the ACSF executive committee and board of governors," said ACSF president Bryan Burns. "With their knowledge and experience as leaders in the aviation industry, they will continue to support and promote the foundation's ongoing risk-management programs."
