Luxaviation's group broker desk, a central charter sales office for the whole company that was launched in December 2016, has “surpassed expectations,” the company reported. The Luton-based desk works on behalf of all the operators in the Luxaviation Group and has led to “stronger relationships, greater visibility, and more business with brokers worldwide,” according to the Luxembourg-based company.
Brokers are provided with an overview of the Luxaviation Group’s “entire fleet and availability…from helicopters to turboprops, across all types of jets up to bizliners. Brokers can find the best deal for their customers from Luxaviation’s core fleet of more than 270 aircraft,” said the company, which includes brands such as ExecuJet.
In addition to its Luton main office, the central broker desk has satellite offices in Moscow, Miami and Hong Kong to provide more localized service, including “faster quotes, a simpler payment process and better cultural business awareness.”
“The development of the network over the past year has been very rewarding across all regions, particularly in the U.S. and Asia, where we are seeing more brokers engaging with us to source aircraft," said Christopher Watson, the head of the group broker desk.
