Cadorath (Booth C5651) this week received the Rolls-Royce First Network Awards for both customer satisfaction and program investment for the third consecutive year. First Network covers customer support facilities for Rolls-Royce M250 engines. The program investment award recognizes initiatives that improve customer service, while the customer satisfaction award is given to the facility that ranks the highest in customer satisfaction among all M250 First Network facilities.
Separately, Cadorath announced that it has developed 63 extended repairs on more than 25 Honeywell T53 part numbers, beginning this year. The company now offers bearing surface restoration on more than 15 components that would otherwise be deemed non-repairable due to in-service wear. These repairs were designed by the company’s engineers and approved by the FAA.
Cadorath is a privately-owned company with offices in Winnipeg, Manitoba; Lafayette, Louisiana; and Orion, Illinois.
