Helicopter maintenance services provider Heli-One (Booth N4505) has inked a service center agreement with Safran Helicopter Engines that will see it continue to perform MRO work on Safran’s Makila 1A, 1A1 and 1A2 powerplants. The work will be performed at Heli-One’s engine shop in Stavanger, Norway, as well as through mobile support
The Level 4 repair and overhaul facility has been working on this engine type since 1985, and has completed more than 500 overhauls and 1,700 repairs. Its 21 technicians boast a combined approximately four centuries worth of experience.

The facility offers a 45-day turnaround time on overhauls, with exchange and leasing units available.
