Mexico-based Aeroservicios Especializados (ASESA) named Able Aerospace Services—a Textron subsidiary in Mesa, Arizona—an exclusive provider of component repairs, overhauls, and exchanges for its helicopter fleet throughout Mexico. The ASESA fleet includes several Bell 412s, which Able will support. Meanwhile, ASEA now has preferred access to Able’s exchange pool for scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG maintenance.

“Able’s capabilities are very well matched with ASESA’s fleet maintenance requirements,” said Able Aerospace general manager Gabriel Massey. “We have enjoyed a strong relationship with ASESA for many years and look forward to putting our resources to even greater use to serve its customers, many of which are the foundation of the region’s oil and electric power industry.”

ASESA, which was founded in 1977, offers MRO services and services such as specialized onshore and offshore helicopter air transport, cargo transportation, aerial supervision, and filming. The company currently has maintenance and service facilities throughout Mexico in Del Carmen City, Monterey, Mexico City, Tampico, Toluca, and Veracruz.
