SimCom Aviation Training has added an FAA level-C full-motion flight simulator for the Cessna Citation Mustang flight simulator at its training center in Scottsdale, Arizona. With the new sim up and running, the company is now offering initial, recurrent, and upgrade pilot training for the very light jet.
“Citation Mustang operators have previously had only one choice for simulator-based training,” said SimCom COO Mike King, “Many of our customers have been asking for SimCom to provide a training solution for the Mustang, and we have answered.”
According to Scottsdale training center manager Gary Santos, “The combination of our new full-flight simulator and flexible curricula gives pilots the ability to train in an extremely realistic environment with the same high-quality, value-focused training that other pilots have enjoyed at SimCom.”
The company also offers initial, recurrent, and transition training in full-motion simulators for the Citation I, II/SII/Bravo, and V/Ultra/Encore at both its Scottsdale facility and flagship training center in Orlando, Florida. In addition, SimCom’s Orlando location provides pilot training for the Citation Excel/XLS in a level-D simulator.
