Returnjet, a live search and booking platform for brokers and operators, recently marked the sale of its 100th empty leg. The flight from London to Croatia was purchased by Superfly Aviation and flown on a Challenger 850 operated by Imperial Jets. Returnjet is free for brokers and operators to use, and operators stream approximately 2,000 live empty legs to the Returnjet platform each day.
"Returnjet's user-friendly interface allows us to quickly search the live database of empty legs and offer our clients the best available aircraft that matches their needs," said Sam Farshian, director of Superfly. "As a busy charter brokerage, my team uses Returnjet around the clock to source aircraft for our clients and find their unique worldwide coverage really helps to keep us ahead of the competition."
Returnjet’s empty-leg corridor technology matches empty legs to a broker’s needs depending upon the parameters of their query including length and direction of flight and percentage deviation required.
Adel Karim of Imperial Jets said Returnjet has provided value, “not only helping to sell lucrative empty legs but also being able to expose our charter aircraft to the global broker community for free."
