The Russian State Civil Aviation Authority has approved Jet Aviation’s maintenance facility in Vienna to support Russian-registered aircraft. Jet Aviation’s Vienna MRO and FBO have been at Vienna International Airport since 2014. Jet Aviation MRO facility in Vienna offers 21,528-sq-ft/2,000-sq-m of office and shop space.
“This authorization can lend considerable comfort and convenience to Russian owners and operators flying in the region,” said Hakan Tin, managing director of Jet Aviation’s MRO/FBO facility in Vienna. “We support many aircraft types currently registered in Russia, while our dedicated AOG team is highly trained to recover aircraft as quickly as possible.”
The Vienna facility also has a 43,056-sq-ft/4,000-sq-m hangar and operates as a Cessna Authorized Service Center. The Vienna location is part of Jet Aviation’s network of almost 50 facilities. Its European and U.S. charter and aircraft management divisions also operate approximately 300 business aircraft.
