Upscale car rental and private jet flight booking platform Go Rentals is launching a partnership with International Yacht Company, starting net week at the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show. The co-branding exercise will continue at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March.
Go Rentals, which was formed in 1995, provides high-end automobiles to clients across the U.S. at airports, hotels, and resorts. The California-based company already has a partnership with point-to-point flight provider JSX.
The new alliance with ship-brokering group International Yacht Company will allow customers to collect and return cars at marinas. Go Rentals offers services such as preprogramming navigation for specific itineraries and arranging music selections to play en route and refreshments.
“Not only do our two companies have a shared audience and passion for creating unique experiences, but our combined lifelong obsession with guest service is what ultimately drew us together,” said Go Rentals CEO Kaye Gitbin. “Now our guests can yacht in and drive out, quite literally.”
