Jet Aviation has expanded its U.S. service provider network with the acquisition of the recently opened Jet In FBO at Milwaukee General Mitchell International Airport (KMKE). The new location gives the Zurich-based company its 29th FBO worldwide, of which 10 are in the U.S.

One of three service providers on the field, the former Jet In facility includes a 10,000-sq-ft, two-story terminal with a land-side vehicle arrivals canopy, passenger lounge with refreshment bar and balcony overlooking the main runway, 10-seat conference room, pilot lounge and snooze room, gym and locker room with showers, and office space. It is open 24/7.

An adjoining 40,000-sq-ft heated hangar with its 28-foot-high-door can shelter the latest ultra-long-range business jets, and the complex has three acres of ramp space for additional parking.

“Across our network, we are continuously looking for ways to strengthen our presence and provide even more seamless connections for our customers,” said company president Jeremie Caillet. “Milwaukee allows us to offer a gateway to the upper Midwest region in a market where we know our customers are traveling, and where we also have aircraft based.”
