Content Body

Propeller manufacturer Hartzell has extended the warranty period for new propellers installed with Beechcraft King Air Raisbeck Engineering supplemental type certificate upgrades. Most King Air models are covered, and the warranty extension applies to all Raisbeck configurations.

Covered propellers include Hartzell power props, four-blade swept aluminum propellers, and five-blade composite propellers for the King Air 200 and 300 series. The updated warranty period is six years or 4,000 flight hours, whichever comes first. This is longer than the original warranty of one year/1,000 hours for aluminum propellers and three years/3,000 hours for composite propellers. If a Raisbeck customer has an overhaul done at a Hartzell MRO Service Facility, they can add another two-year/2,000-hour warranty extension.

“Our work with Hartzell Propeller continues to deliver exceptional upgrades for the King Air fleet,” said Raisbeck Engineering president Gregory Davis. “This greatly extended warranty reflects our shared commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. Operators can fly with even greater peace of mind knowing their investment is protected through first overhaul and beyond.”
